My photo
As a young girl, my dream was to become a fashion designer. I would sit for hours and sketch amateur couture designs on a notepad. Not to mention, I drove my older sisters bananas every morning as we dressed for school, because I would change my outfit a thousand times. My love for style was apparent then, and it's only grown over the years. Everyday, I find myself answering some sort of fashion question... from friends to colleagues, even relatives call me up from time to time. So, I decided to write a blog in an effort to answer all those questions and perhaps lend some advice to help others keep up with the ever changing world of fashion.

#1 Factor of Style

The best way to look and feel your best is to be physically fit. True fitness embraces women of all shapes and sizes. On the other hand, you should discriminate against certain foods in your diet. All those great, sometimes greasy, delicious dishes and treats cannot be apart of your diet everyday. For example, many people use the 80/20 rule; eating well 80 percent of the time, so when you want to have your favorite treat you can have it without feeling to guilty.

Suprisely, some of the foods we assume are low in calories, are quite the opposite. A recent article on MSN named several popular choices that may surprise you.
